  $2,500.00 -  Includes care of horse, tack up service and training 

Horses in or out or barn - 10% Commission 

 $75.00 will be billed quarterly to cover equipment and supplies provided by Woodhill 

(saddle pads, brushes, etc.) 

 $1.25 a mile, plus 10% fuel charge 

 $100.00 a day for boarders - $125.00 a day for non-boarders 

 $45.00 per class 

  Divided equally by customer horses and includes hotel, food, set up, expenses, etc. 

  Billed out as needed by horse 

  A pre-circuit expense charge can be charged for longer circuits.  Once paid, it will be applied towards the customer’s Woodhill show fees for that event.
